Return Policy
All sales are final. Personalized gifts may not be returned unless the item is defective. If an item has been incorrectly personalized due to our error, we are happy to replace it. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days fro replacement..

Shipping Options
Painted by Design offers shipping options that get your gifts to their destinations as soon as possible. We generally have a 5-7 day turnaround time on all personalized gifts. Please call us if you need something quicker! All of our items are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS at normal ground rates.
If you live in the St. Louis area, you have the option of picking up your order directly from our studio. You will be contacted by a sales representative with pick-up information.

Custom Orders are available upon request. Please contact us to let us know what you are interested in. We will be happy to work with you to match wallpaper, bedspread, china pattern or whatever else you need. There might be a small charge for custom designs.
